Emily teaches alongside her career as a performing artist.

Her classes form a great bridge into yoga for those of you who love Pilates. She integrates resistance training with a re-imagined sense of the core and takes inspiration from elements of the Tracy Anderson Method.

Her creative, smart approach to choreography springs from a deep love of movement and a fascination with the psychological, meditative component of the practice. Her classes cultivate our ability to mindfully meet challenge whilst avoiding struggle.

Her practice and teaching span over 25 years. She trained with Mercedes Ngoh @ Yeotown. Emily’s long term teacher is Jean Hall.
