We offer a wide variety of yoga styles: Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga including Mysore, Hatha, Iyengar, Restorative, Yin… plus Pilates and Treatments (deep tissue and sports massages, shiatsu, Ayurverdic…) in beautifully designed studio in NW5 – close to the borders of NW3, N6, N7 and N19 – perfect for Tufnell Park, Kentish Town, Dartmouth Park, Highgate, Gospel Oak, Archway, with Hampstead nearby.
We’re proud of our selection of London’s very best teachers and therapists, experienced experts in their fields, who also run our weekly Sunday workshops. Class size is limited to ensure all students get individual attention where beginners are safe and seasoned practitioners can perfect.
We welcome all – try our special offer for new clients: just £40 for 2 weeks of Yoga and Pilates – to find the perfect style, class and teachers for you. For expectant mums there’s Pregnancy classes, for parents/carers with little ones there’s Baby & Me Yoga and Pilates. We also run Kids and Teen Yoga After School Clubs for ages 5-16 (please contact us to check space availability). If you’re a OAP or full-time student there’s off-peak discounts too.
Classes can be booked via our website or via smartphone or tablet in which case we recommend downloading the MindBodyOnline Connect APP.

Coming on foot?
We’re a short walk from Tufnell Park, Dartmouth Park, Gospel Oak and Kentish Town. Archway and Holloway are walkable too.
By Bike? There’s a secure bike rack on the other side of the street and many more outside Tufnell Park tube; 100 metres away.
By Tube or Rail? We’re 1 minute from Tufnell Park Tube (Northern Line) and 3-4 minutes from Kentish Town (Tube, Rail, Thameslink). Gospel Oak (Overground) is about a 10 minute walk.
By Bus? Numbers 4, 134 and 390 are very close. 214, C2 and C11 are just a few minutes away.
By Car? Pay and display parking is available opposite (8:30am – 6:30pm, Monday – Friday) but can be busy. Dartmouth Park is free to park other than 10-12am on weekdays, the nearest roads being Churchill Road and Spencer Rise and Chetwynd Road (all within a 5-minute walk). Islington resident parking permit holders can take advantage of their roaming scheme allowing you to park for free in resident parking bays between 11am and 3pm; the nearest Islington Streets are Dartmouth Park Hill and Tufnell Park Road just a couple of minutes away but please check before parking.
