Julie is passionate about yoga and sharing the benefits of a regular practice. Her classes offer a complimentary blend of asana, pranayama, meditation and philosophy. She has a kind, friendly approach to teaching and ensures a safe, happy and nurturing space for students to explore their practice. Her focus is on the breath and she teaches slow, mindful and therapeutic movement with flow and postnatal classes (she trained with Nadia Narain). Julie also teaches on the five-week Yoga Beginner Course. Julie has trained with many respected teachers, and considers her leading influences to be T. Krishnamacharya, T. K. V. Desikachar, Doug Keller, Donna Farhi, and Kate Binnie – and she gives thanks.
