After leaving the corporate world, she pivoted to the fitness and wellbeing, and is now a truly dedicated and knowledgeable teacher. Anna is a Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor and holds a wide range of certifications, including Pre & Postnatal Exercise, Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions, and Pilates with Small Equipment. She is also a fully qualified Personal Trainer, with additional certifications in Barre, Fascia Release and Meditation. This broad skill set allows her to design classes that are tailored, inclusive, and effective for people at all fitness levels.
