Morgana is passionate about movement and its transformative effects on people’s lives. This is why she began teaching yoga in 2018. Yoga then inspired her to study Physiotherapy and Pilates, which deepened her understanding of the human body and how to help people recover from pain through exercise and movement. She firmly believes in the healing power of stretching, strength training, mobility work and breathing exercises for both body and mind. Her Pilates classes are a testament to this.
Morgana aims for every student to feel welcome, supported and challenged in her classes. She adapts postures and sequences to accommodate both beginners and advanced practitioners, creating an engaging and safe environment for all her students.
