Open – Suitable for beginners and those with a more developed practiced. The class works on strengthening muscles, improving posture, developing skill and increasing the understanding of pilates principles.
Level 1-2 – Suitable for those with some knowledge of pilates or those with reasonable core strength. The class will develop flexibility whilst increasing core strength to bring balance to the body.
Level 2-3 – This class is for those looking for a more challenging class that focuses on strengthening the core at a more advanced level.
