Lizzie has worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Beginning her journey as a personal trainer with a passion for helping her clients build confidence through strength training, Lizzie quickly became known for her empowering approach and deep understanding of the body. Her curiosity and dedication led her to discover Pilates — a practice that perfectly blended her love of movement, mindfulness and strength. From there, she developed her own signature Dynamic Body Sculpt Pilates classes, designed to challenge, uplift, and energise.
Lizzie continues to inspire a community of people who want to feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to their bodies. As a Level 2 and 3 Mat Pilates qualified instructor, Lizzie believes that exercise is far more than physical — it’s a source of empowerment, positivity and transformation.
