Ashtanga Yoga follows a set sequence of postures, moving through standing and seated poses to a finishing sequence and rest. It is physically demanding, but strength, stamina and familiarity build gradually over time.
Baby & Me gives you the chance to move, strengthen and reset while your little one relaxes alongside you. Suitable from around 6 weeks after birth, or once approved by your GP.
Flow & Restore combines slow, mindful movement, longer-held postures and breathwork. A grounding class to build mobility, calm the mind and leave you feeling restored.
Meditation helps calm the mind, deepen awareness and create a greater sense of presence. Many of our classes include moments of stillness, with deeper meditation practices explored in Yin, Restorative Yoga and regular workshops.
Pregnancy Yoga is a specialist class from 12 weeks onwards. Gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation help build strength, release tension and prepare for birth. Tea and biscuits afterwards offer time to connect with other mums-to-be.
Lift for Strength is a full-body strength class using weights, resistance and bodyweight exercises to build strength, stability and confidence. Expect controlled, effective training with a focus on good technique and steady progression.
Restorative Yoga is a deeply calming practice using longer-held, supported postures to help the body soften and the nervous system settle. A gentle complement to more dynamic yoga and a natural introduction to meditation.
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga linking breath with movement through creative, flowing sequences. Classes vary in intensity, from slower flows to stronger practices that build heat, strength and stamina.
