Rebecca has practised yoga all her life, and it became her salvation after having children. She began her career as a yoga teacher and, for her, it’s about finding the perfect balance between strength, flexibility, exertion and release. Her classes combine both strength and mobility work to calm the mind and boost mood. She also teaches Yin – she loves it for more than just the stretch and uses it to shed layers of stress and journey inwards.
Rebecca was not initially a fan of Pilates but then discovered the power of a strong core and that soon changed! She loves the effect it has on posture, other movement practices, and our daily life in general. Her mission is to use her dynamic teaching style to make Pilates fun and engaging for everyone. She also teaches challenging and high energy HIIT and weights classes which leave you feeling stronger, and both physically and energetically uplifted.
