Emily teaches yoga alongside her career as a performing artist. Her classes focus on creativity and explore the felt sense and breath through artful, smart movement patterns. She blends spiralling, cross-patterned and pulsing movement into traditional yoga poses, awakening a reimagined sense of the core (her classes can form a great bridge into yoga for those who love Pilates!).

Emily’s teaching springs from a passion for the psychosomatic aspect of the practice and a deep love of movement. Classes cultivate a sensitivity to the body, to creativity, and to our ability to meet challenge and intensity mindfully. Emily is a long term meditator and her yoga practice and teaching span over 25 years.
