Born and brought up in India, Aparna was introduced to Yoga at a tender age. She completed her trainings in Hatha, Samkhya philosophy and Ashtanga Vinyasa from the Himalayan foothills and various reputed schools like Kaivalyadham university and Ramesh shetty yogashala Mysore. Her practice is deeply rooted in the core philosophy of Yoga that takes yoga beyond the physical practice to one that embodies – the eight limbs of yoga. In her classes, you can expect mindful movement, somatic practices, breathwork & meditation where you’ll learn how to disengage from the monkey mind and become aware of the inner realm of your body. She believes yoga is a practice of self enquiry, where you enter through the body and end up discovering a new state of Self.
