It is Rebecca’s firm belief that if you can breathe, you can practise yoga. This is reflected in the diverse range of classes she teaches across London, ranging from chair sessions with yogis aged 80+ to classes for people going through treatment for cancer. Her goal is to empower students and create a safe, inclusive environment for them to explore the physical, mental and emotional experience of the practice.
Rebecca began doing yoga in 2011 when she started practising to support her martial arts training. It wasn’t long before she discovered the deeper spiritual teachings of the tradition and its rich capacity for healing. She’s completed 700+ hours of training with senior teachers including Jason Crandell, Anna Ashby and Jean Hall. Rebecca has also undertaken specialist trainings on yin yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine with Cal Wansbrough, as well as Yoga for Cancer with Vicky Fox.
