Victoria belives yoga is a journey back to yourself. All the tools we need for a harmonious life are within and through regular practice we can access these resources thereby profoundly affecting our physical and mental wellbeing.

Having practiced for over 15 years, Victoria loves sharing the experience with her students and every class has a different focus to align, mind body and spirit. She’s explored Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini and Vinyasa styles, both in the UK and abroad, and her teaching pays homage to the 5,000 year heritage of yoga with dedicated time for reflection, breathing and meditation practices.
She prides herself on offering a non comparative, supportive, ego free, safe space for all abilities so that you leave feeling more energised, insightful and calm. Her flow and restore class will gently build heat within the body with selected asanas that challenge, stretch and strengthen, calm and focus the mind before cooling down with relaxing, restorative poses.
