Natasha became connected with Yoga following a sudden illness which depleted vitality in her body and mind. What started out as a weekly class soon became a daily practice and back in 2009 she completed her training as a Yoga teacher. Natasha has studied the origins of yoga and has completed trainings in Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga. She believes these styles compliment one another, in class you can expect to be challenged yet there is always some time for a quiet mediation too.
In addition to her experience in Yoga, Natasha applies her background in choreography and Pilates, to design classes with creative sequences that encourage the flow of energy throughout your body while incorporating the key elements of safe and successful alignment.
Natasha feels comfortable making hands on adjustments and intuitively knows in which direction to guide her students. Using her experience in teaching Yoga philosophy, Natasha intends to share with her students the art of cultivating more presence in daily life.
In her 1:1 sessions she incorporates shiatsu, Thai Yoga massage and meditation techniques to create a bespoke session. Natasha has been positively influenced in her Yoga education by teachers such as David Swenson, Paul Callaghan, and Jason Crandle.
