Anna is a truly dedicated teacher. After practicing Pilates for several years, the birth of her first daughter in 2010 inspired her to train to do something she loved and she became a qualified mat-work Pilates teacher. Anna believes in having a comprehensive knowledge in areas complimentary to her teaching and is also a personal trainer with qualifications in pre and post natal exercise and nutrition. As well as teaching group classes Anna works with a variety of individuals from desk bound office workers to dancers. Anna believes that Pilates will strengthen your mind and your body and can be adapted to suit everyone.
Clarisse trained in London and New York and is a certified Pilates Mat I and Mat II Instructor [Pilates Academy International within Pilates on Fifth in New York]. As a former professional dancer she has a keen awareness of the body, a great understanding of movement and a solid foundation on technique to ensure her students enjoy the workout in a safe environment. Clarisse teaches a dynamic Mat Pilates class based on a mindful approach to any level of experience. She will guide you to improve your strength and flexibility, giving you a space to connect with your own body.

Jessica comes from a dance background and has been teaching Pilates since 2011. Her classes are focused on moving with consciousness, body awareness and understanding individual anatomy. Jessica is passionate about encouraging her clients to live healthy lifestyles and understand the benefits that exercise can bring. She believes Pilates helps you be in control of your body and handle stress more efficiently.
Hannah began training as a dancer and soon realised the benefits of Pilates not only as injury prevention to supplement other forms of exercise but general health and wellbeing of mind and body. She became a teacher in 2011 with Body Control followed by additional training in intermediate and advanced mat work, bone health and pre and post natal. Her classes focus on building up knowledge of alignment and strength with a constant feel of fluidity and breath: the simple bliss of exploring our understanding of the body and its potential strength.
Professional dancer Isa-Welly toured the world with artists such as Kylie Minogue, Take That, Chaka Khan and Robbie Williams for almost 15 years; also working with Madonna. After, she moved into teaching via a STOTT Pilates certification. Isa-Welly is passionate about strength and movement and her classes are challenging and dynamic, full of energy and a great workout.
Fallon originally trained as a dancer [BA in Dance Studies] and regularly practiced Pilates for the physical benefits and to keep centred and grounded. From Dance Aerobics she has developed her craft over several years towards Mat and Reformer Pilates, Personal Training and Barre. She is one of few specialist teachers in London certified to teach Yamuna body work and Sacred Energy Arts Yoga.
Her classes combine precision and free flowing creativity maximising the potential of her students while keeping classes fun. Her style of teaching is calm and centred yet detailed and technical.
Classes are open to students of all ages and conditions. Her aim is that students leave not only having absorbed physical benefits but are also inspired with a greater mind body connection.
She continues to be inspired by her teachers Matthew Cohen and Yamuna Zake. She invests in constant learning and continues further studying in the fields of Pilates, Yoga, Yamuna Bodywork and Dance Science.
